Plain terms for using this site
and its services.

Everything offered here is educational and experiential: the book, the Interactive Workbook, Office Hours, the Lens Check, and private hypnotherapy and integrative coaching. These services support vocational and avocational self-improvement. They are not psychotherapy, medical or mental-health treatment, diagnosis, clinical aftercare, or crisis response, and Ali is not a licensed mental-health provider. No result, progress, timeline or specific degree of change is promised.

This website is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger or crisis, contact 911, call or text 988 in the United States, or contact local emergency services or an appropriate licensed professional rather than waiting for a reply or using this site.

Prices are shown before you pay, and payment is processed securely by Stripe. Office Hours payments are final and nonrefundable, monthly plans renew until canceled, and cancellation stops future renewals without refunding the current billing period. Private-session fees, cancellations and rescheduling follow the client intake agreement you sign.

Interactive Workbook plans

Seven-day refund. If you change your mind, email info@cleanseyourlensofperception.com within seven days of your first payment for a Workbook plan. We will refund that payment in full provided you have not attended a Friday guided session or a private session. A full refund ends access to that plan.

After seven days. Payments are not refunded. You may cancel a monthly or annual plan online from your account at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period, and unused time is not refunded.

Renewals. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the price and cadence shown at checkout until canceled. We send an annual reminder for every renewing plan. For an annual plan, we also send a renewal notice 15 to 45 days before the renewal date stating the renewal term, charge, frequency, and online cancellation method. Your receipt, next renewal date, and immediate online cancellation control are available in your billing account.

Signature. The Signature fee is refundable in full within seven days if no private or Friday guided session has taken place. After that it is not refunded. Signature includes permanent Workbook access and updates for as long as the Workbook is offered, 12 private sessions to use within eight months, and Friday guided-session access for 12 months. Private sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice count as used; unused sessions expire without refund. If the Workbook is retired, Signature members receive a complete export of their work.

Other circumstances. Private sessions bought separately follow the intake agreement. Duplicate or incorrect charges are refunded promptly. Please contact us before disputing a charge; access is paused during an open dispute and restored if the dispute is resolved in your favor. Nothing here limits a right available under applicable law.

Workbook access is personal and limited to one person per plan, age 18 or older. Group, course, facilitator, or organizational licensing is not offered; write to info@cleanseyourlensofperception.com with an inquiry. Guided plans include the Friday guided session while the plan remains active, capped at 25 participants; a second weekly session may be added if it fills. Signature private sessions must be used within eight months and require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule; later cancellations and no-shows count as used.

Keep your sign-in private, and give accurate information. Access to live rooms and to the Interactive Workbook is personal to the registered person. Recording, screenshots, AI transcription tools and redistribution of live sessions or paid materials are not permitted. Please treat other participants’ privacy with care: no online group can guarantee confidentiality.

The book, Interactive Workbook, illustrations, films, text and other materials on this site belong to Ali Sotoodeh and are provided for your personal use. You may share short quotations with credit, but you may not copy, resell or republish the materials without written permission.

Services and information are provided as they are, with reasonable care but without warranties of any kind about outcomes or uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, Ali Sotoodeh is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or services. Schedules, prices and features may change, and these terms may be updated; the effective date identifies the current version. Use of the site after an update means you accept it.
