Optional Office Hours reminders.

By entering a mobile telephone number and checking the separate text-reminder consent box during Office Hours registration, you agree to receive transactional SMS reminders from Cleanse Your Lens of Perception, operated by Ali Sotoodeh.

Program and frequency

Messages concern a session for which you registered. Up to three reminders may be sent per registered session, generally about 24 hours, 1 hour, and 5 minutes before the session begins. Frequency therefore depends on how many sessions you register to attend. Messages are not used for unrelated marketing.

Cost and consent

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Consent to texts is optional, is not a condition of purchase, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to cancel text reminders. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, email info@cleanseyourlensofperception.com, or review the Office Hours details on this website.

Delivery

Wireless carriers and service providers do not guarantee delivery or precise timing. A reminder may arrive late or not at all. Participants remain responsible for retaining their Zoom confirmation and session schedule.

Privacy and changes

Mobile information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms when the reminder service or applicable requirements change. Continued participation after an update is governed by the version presented with the applicable opt-in.
