Your contact information is used only for the services you request.
Cleanse Your Lens of Perception, operated by Ali Sotoodeh, collects the information needed to process registrations, provide purchased services, send receipts and access instructions, and deliver reminders that a participant expressly requests.
Information we collect
Depending on the form you use, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, selected Office Hours program and date, payment status, signed participation acknowledgments, and communication preferences. Payment-card information is entered directly with Stripe and is not stored by this website.
Text-message privacy
Mobile telephone numbers and SMS consent records are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share the minimum information needed with service providers such as Twilio, Zoom, Stripe, Resend, and the website host solely to operate registration, payment, access, and requested communications.
Text-message consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Participants who opt in may receive up to three transactional reminders for each registered session, generally about 24 hours, 1 hour, and 5 minutes before it begins. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Use, retention, and choices
Contact and registration records are used to provide the requested service, maintain transaction and consent records, prevent fraud, resolve delivery problems, and meet applicable legal obligations. You may opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible contact information by emailing info@cleanseyourlensofperception.com.
Security and scope
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Office Hours are educational and experiential gatherings, not psychotherapy, medical or mental-health treatment, or crisis care. Do not send clinical, emergency, or highly sensitive personal information by text.
